After the JAG Corps is Required Listening!
Tom Welsh hosts and outstanding podcast to assist judge advocates transitioning from military service to the next chapter of their lives. From the importance of networking to discussing compensation to the value of our military experience, the show is essential for any judge advocate nearing the end of a military career (not just retirement). His guests are not only willing to chat about their experiences on the show, but are also willing to touch base one-on-one. I still have three years to go before I can retire, but it’s never to early to start thinking about the transition plan, and After the JAG Corps has given me so much think about. Although it is intended for judge advocates, the lessons are by and large applicable to all military professions, and could help anyone thinking about starting a new job. A fantastic show and an outstanding resource!

    Great for transitioning JAGs!
Great podcast! Appreciate the increased length of the most recent release—allowed a more contextualized understanding of what the transition involved.
